We are a major referral center for all of South and Central Texas and Mexico. We are asked to see very complex and emergent eye care on a daily basis. We value your time and make every attempt to keep to our patients scheduled appointment times.
We ask patients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete insurance and registration data. Patients are encouraged to fill out forms ahead of time so they can be expedited in seeing the physician. The can be done in our Patient Forms or Patient Access pages.
If patients are more than twenty minutes late to their appointment they will be given the option of being worked-in to the schedule or rescheduling, if medically appropriate.
There is a charge of $15 for non-disability forms and correspondence to be filled out by the physician. The form will be mailed out within the week. The same day service charge is $25.
Tremendous resources go into arranging the staff and supplies for your care. Cancellation within 24 hours from an office appointment or "no-showing" carries a charge of $25.
Cancellation within 24 hours of a surgery appointment or "no-showing" carries a charge of $200.
